We are a well-established exterior remodeling company expanding our retail roofing & window replacement division, and we’re looking for experienced In-Home Sales Consultants who can close deals in the home.

This is a consultative, one-call-close environment—not insurance, not door-knocking, and not appointment setting. We have a call team that sets up appointments for you!

If you’ve sold windows, HVAC, solar, baths, or other high-ticket home improvement products, this role is built for you.

What You'll Do

• Run company-provided, pre-set in-home appointments
• Conduct needs analysis and product presentations
• Present pricing and close deals in the home
• Accurately scope projects and set customer expectations
• Work closely with production and customer service teams

Ideal Candidate:

• 2+ years of in-home or high-ticket sales experience preferred
• Comfortable presenting and closing in the home
• Professional appearance and communication skills
• Reliable transportation
• Self-motivated and accountable
• Window sales experience and/or in-home closing experience are both pluses, but not required.

Compensation:

• Commission-based
• Top performers earn $150K+ annually
• Performance bonuses available
