Brian worked with us from survey and insurance claim process, to working with the hard working crew and solidifying a single day completion of a full roof replacement with the IBHS Fortified upgrade. He kept me informed of progress throughout the day by sending me pics via text while I was away at work. I was absolutely looking forward to getting home...and I wasn't disappointed. Excellent service from Storm Grade Roofing Co. Dan Fagan was great from the start, explained in detail what to expect from the cost, the insurance process, and the new roof installation. Upon Dan’s initial roof inspection, he noticed several areas of concern and put temporary patches on to help us get through some rain storms approaching. He went above and beyond customer service. The roofers were professional and really did an amazing job with the installation and clean up.

Joe cassell is a great project manager he gave me a great estimate the work was done on time I would highly recommend him and storm grade for anyone who is iin need of repair. The cleanup was nice they were on time they were very polite respectful and I will give him a five-star recommendation .great job totally satisfied
